The Marietta/Cobb Museum of Art in Marietta, Georgia is featuring an exhibition called "Wind Blown: American Motorcycle Fine Art" through August 14, 2005, encapsulating the art and lifestyle of the American motorcycle through oil paintings, watercolors, photography and custom built motorcycles. Included are works by Harley-Davidson© licensed painters Scott Jacobs and David Uhl, sculptor Jeff Decker and photographer Michael Lichter, as well as unique bikes from custom motorcycle builders Billy Lane, Arlen Ness, Hank Young and the late Indian Larry (whose personal bike Grease Monkey is on display). The grand opening was held on May 21st, preceded by a charity ride benefiting the March of Dimes.
