The Waiting On Miss Cindy Blues

Over yonder
Comes a big ol' train
My hairs are standing
I think it's gonna rain
I'll just keep on walking
With these holes
in my shoes
I got them Waiting On Miss Cindy Blues
Don't misunderstand
me
It's not that I'm unwell
But this anticipation
Makes my heart
just swell
When I'm with Miss Cindy
I'm a dancing fool
I'll
even walk out in the sunshine
Or step into the pool
Help her with her
typing
Write a line or two
Or shiver on the couch
Till I turn blue
Don't misunderstand me
For that I get the prize
I get to look
In
Miss Cindy's eyes
If you could see Miss Cindy
I know you'd feel
the same
She got ten letters
After her name
She's a health care
provider
But relatively sane
She's looking mighty good
And her
parents are to blame
At parties she refined
Her writing's so sublime
Do you know what I mean?
