The National Museum of Patriotism
Technically, this would be the "Grand Re-opening" of the The National Museum of Patriotism, as it was open for several years in it's original location in the Midtown area of Atlanta, a location which was difficult to find and offered very little parking. The museum has relocated to the Luckie Marietta District downtown, next to the Georgia Aquarium and across from Centennial Olympic Park, a much better location. Now people can actually find the museum and see its wonderful exhibits. Music for the Grand Opening was provided by Cowboy Crush (country music ambassadors for the museum) and Viki Wallace. Recipients of the Patriotism Award were Access Hollywood, Kenneth Gamble, Lee Greenwood, Patti Labelle and The Bob Hope Foundation. Miss USO 2009, Heidi-Marie Ferren also attended the ceremony.
